Refunds & Returns.

The short version

90-day window. Unopened and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used masks cannot be returned. Defective or damaged items get replaced or refunded right away, just send us a photo.

Eligible for a refund

• Returned within 90 days of delivery
• Unopened, unused, and in original, sealed packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Not eligible

• Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons, this is firm)
• Final-sale and promotional items
• Digital products and audio access
• Gift cards

Defective or damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email support@orgasmask.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund. your choice.

How to start a return

1. Email support@orgasmask.com with your order number and the reason.
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with a return address and instructions.
3. Ship the item back. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
4. Once it arrives and passes inspection, we refund the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We don't process traditional exchanges. If you need something different, start a return and place a new order, it's faster.

Late or missing refunds

Banks can take a few extra business days to post a refund. If it's been more than 10 business days since we confirmed it, email us and we'll chase it down.
