Shipping Policy.

Discreet by default
Every order ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging. No product name, no logo, no hint of what's inside. The return label uses a neutral sender name.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed off to the carrier within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding US holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM PT typically ship the next business day.

Estimates only, carrier delays, customs, and remote addresses can extend delivery.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your label is created. If you don't see it, check your spam folder before reaching out.
International orders
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility. Refusing a package over customs charges doesn't qualify for a refund.
Lost or stuck packages
If tracking hasn't moved in 7+ business days, email support@orgasmask.com with your order number and we'll open a trace with the carrier.
Wrong address
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order is in transit we cannot reroute it. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll refund the order minus the original shipping cost.
